Wicked Imports Website is geared towards drop shipping, we get hundreds of emails a day and tens of phone calls asking where's the catch, the simple answer is

THERE IS NO CATCH!!! - WE DO NOT CHARGE YOU A PREMIUM TO DROP SHIP, WE DO NOT CHARGE YOU A SIGN UP FEE AND WE DO NOT UPMARK THE PRICE YOU PAY.

Why?

We find that many drop shipping accounts turn over more, that wholesale accounts so we feel drop shippers are as important as our wholesale customers, this is why you pay the same as them and we do not charge a premium for our service.

Looking for discount? We start discounting products at 50 pieces, that's 50 pieces of each item, when you're ready to order wholesale or your order total is more than £800 please call sales on 0844-3583740, and we will see what we can do for you.

Carriage

How much is carriage? - How long is a piece of string? I'm afraid I cannot answer this question and I do get asked it every day about 70 times. Carriage is calculated based on the weight of the item and the dimension of the box, it took us 3 years to get our carriage calculations sorted and we are still tinkering with them.

Here is the general rule of thumb - add one to your cart and click view checkout, it will show you the shipping cost for that item.

Shipping

Orders placed before 1.30pm will be shipped out same day where possible however during busy times ie: the Christmas period Oct-Decembert Please allow us upto 72 Hours to despatch your goods / after 1.30pm we will do our best to get it out but will not guarantee it.

If its under 5kg we ship Royal mail Tracked delivery. (it is normally a next day service)

If it's a large box but under 5kg it goes Interlink Next Day Courier.

If it weighs over 5kg it goes Interlink and if it's international it goes Interlink.

ORDERS OVER £500.00 are free carriage

Do we provide you a datafeed? - Apologies, the answer to this question is a simple no.

How do I go about registering with you?

1. Top right hand corner (REGISTER)
2. Fill out the form
3. Wait and within 12 hours your account will be activated and you will have access to over 2000 products.

How do I place an order?

Easy, find the product you want, add it to your basket, tell us where to ship it and pay either by paypal or credit card.

Do you send your details out to the customer?

NO! - We deal with you because we do not want to deal with end users, if you send your customers to us we will revert them back to you. We will only discuss your account with you and we do not send any promotional material to your customers.

The Process

1. You order online pay and check out
2. Your order hits our despatch que
3. We pick and pack your order (AT THIS POINT WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL)
4. Your order is dispatched (we send YOU an email with the invoice and despatch note) you can find in this email your order number, your tracking number and what method of delivery we chose so you can update your customer with tracking details
5. We send the goods plain packaged to your customer.

Tracking and managing your account

Dead easy, login to your account, choose manage account on the top tab, then manage orders.

Here you will find a list of your orders, you can download invoices, track consignments and also see when and how your deliveries were made.
