1.       PAYMENT: STRICTLY NET 30 DAYS Where 30 day accounts are issued.

2.        New Accounts – There is no minimum order value with Wicked Imports However we expect you to spend minimum £100 per month. If you are not hitting this target you account will be closed.

3.        Carriage paid order level is £500.00

4.        In case of damage the Carrier should be notified within 3 days and us within 14 days of invoice date. Short-falls must be notified to us in writing within 3 days. Lost onsignments within 14 days of         invoice date. No claims will be entertained outside these limits.

5.        No orders are accepted for less than the standard pack quantities or multiples.

6.        No goods may be returned for credit without our consent which must be requested within 
           30 days from invoice date. Unauthorised returns will be refused.

7.        Price charged is ruled at the date of dispatch.

8.        Late payments are subject to an interest rate of 2% per month. Accounts in arrears of more

            than 60 Days will be sent to a third party collections agency and cost of collection will be added to invoice @ 20% of Debt owed.

           All court costs and legal fees for debt collection will also be added to amount owed.

9.        We reserve the right to make partial shipments.

10.     We reserve the right to review these conditions without prior notice.

11.     All goods supplied by Wicked Imports Ltd. Remain our property until all monies due, for
          any goods supplied, are received by Wicked Imports Ltd or its nominated factoring company.

          Wicked Imports Ltd have retention of title over all goods.

12.     We will not make refunds against credit balances – these have to be satisfied by the purchase
           of further stock

13.     The Sellers employees or agents are not authorised to make any representations concerning
           the goods or uplift any stock unless confirmed by the Seller in writing.

14.     No order which has been accepted by the seller may be cancelled by the purchaser prior
           to the due date except with the agreement in writing of the seller and on the terms that the buyer shall

           indemnify the seller in full against all loss, including loss of profit.

15.     Wicked Imports Ltd Standard Terms and Conditions apply to all sales and will prevail over any different terms or conditions issued by the purchaser except where otherwise agreed in writing. By placing an order with Wicked Imprts or its associated agents indicates acceptance of our Terms and Conditions

16.     Returns will only be issued on genuine manufacturing faults and not for customer abuse
